One of the most challenging things I found after the birth of my daughter was how to find time to work out (never mind shower or do the dishes). Here are 14 ways to squeeze in some quick workouts that make it manageable even with kids underfoot!

1. Stroll around the block.

Put the kids in the stroller or have them hop on their bikes and hit the neighborhood for a good old fashioned run or stroll.
