Fruit isn’t necessarily high on the must-eat foods list to kids. So parents have to get creative in order to get the recommended serving size. This is where sweet burritos come in handy as a must-try healthy kid meal.

A sweet burrito looks like a traditional one, but instead of meat and cheese, it’s loaded with fruits. This is a great way to get your kids to try new and different fruits. If you’re down to make one, you’re in luck, we’ve got an awesome recipe from culinary enthusiast El Guzii.

To get started, grab your tortillas. You’ll want to make sure they are a warm, so they are easier to fold. Then place in some dried figs. After, put the tortillas in a baking dish, and brush with some egg wash so they will get golden brown. Once you’ve egg washed them, sprinkle sugar over each tortilla. Set your oven at 350 degrees and cook until golden brown!

As those cool, prepare your “salsa.” Toss half a cup of strawberries, half a cup of figs, and some mint leaves with a tablespoon of honey. Place to the side.

Get ready to presentation. Grab two burritos, and drizzle each with greek yogurt, this will give the “sour cream” effect. Add your “salsa” and you’re ready to serve.
