As parents, dinner is on your mind as soon as you wake up and as soon as you leave work. You need to make something fast, healthy, and of course, something kids are actually going to want to eat. If you have a particularly picky-eater on your hands, you’re in luck. This healthy chicken finger recipe for Rachel Ray is perfect for dinner.

To get started, you’ll need: flour, eggs, milk, honey nut cereal, breadcrumbs, grill seasoning, poultry seasoning, paprika, vegetable oil and chicken.

After you add all the seasonings and coat the chicken, you’ll just pop your strips into the over. Ray says they will take about 15 minutes to bake, but it could be longer, depending on the size of the chicken.

By baking the chicken, you’re going to get a healthier dish. Chicken fingers are normally fried in oil, so these are a great way to reinvent a classic.

When you’re ready to serve, you can use ketchup or barbecue sauce for dipping. We promise, your whole family will love them.

Be sure to watch the video above to see the whole recipe, as well as how to combine the ingredients. Enjoy!
