To get started, you’ll need: flour, eggs, milk, honey nut cereal, breadcrumbs, grill seasoning, poultry seasoning, paprika, vegetable oil and chicken.
After you add all the seasonings and coat the chicken, you’ll just pop your strips into the over. Ray says they will take about 15 minutes to bake, but it could be longer, depending on the size of the chicken.
By baking the chicken, you’re going to get a healthier dish. Chicken fingers are normally fried in oil, so these are a great way to reinvent a classic.
