It’s so important to get your kids in the kitchen and involved with cooking. If you’re looking for a fun and healthy recipe, we’ve got a great one for you. In the video above, kid-friendly food expert El Guzii is showing us how to make three amazing gluten-free pizza recipes.
The first recipe is so adorable — it’s in a tic-tac-toe shape! To get started, you need to make the crust. El Guzii uses quinoa, which he sprinkles with salt and baking soda, and puts in a food processor until smooth. Place it in a pipping bag, so it will be easy to make those Xs and Os. After, place them in the over for about 15-20 minutes.
Next it’s on to chopping the zucchini and pepperoni as toppings.
Finally, all you have to do is assemble by placing on some sauce, a little mozzarella cheese, and the toppings. Then, you’ll place that in the oven for just 2-4 minutes.
This pizza recipe is one that you can make any night of the week. The best part is you can easily get the kids involved, and get their creative juices flowing.
