To start, make sure you have: boneless, skinless chicken thighs, avocado, cilantro, tomatoes, bacon, cheese, slider buns, hot sauce, lime juice, cumin, lime zest, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Now, it’s on to the marinade. Simply combine the lime juice, cumin, olive oil, salt and pepper in a marinade bag. Then, throw your chicken in, shake it up, and allow it to refrigerator for no longer than two hours.

Next, work on your spread. To do so, you’ll mixed together mashed avocado, cilantro, bacon, tomatoes and hot sauce. The cilantro and hot sauce are totally optional depending on you and your child’s taste.

Once the chicken is done marinating, put it on the grill for just a few minutes on each side. Once it’s to your liking, cut it up into bite-size pieces.
